| Volunteer Surveillance Team Thanks PRNC

 The Devonshire Division Volunteer Surveillance Team (VST) recently received three GPS devices funded by the PRNC. The VST is a group of our neighbors who work with the LAPD Devonshire Division to provide extra surveillance in our community and stake out potential graffiti, drag racing and other crimes providing information directly to officers. Their volunteering makes our community safer. VST Letter.
