At the October 2010 meeting Erik Pfahler, representing the Porter Ranch Development Company presented a check for $894,322 to LAUSD Board Member Tamar Galatzan to pay for community amenities as part of the Joint Use Agreement for the new k-8 school being developed at Mason and Sesnon.


The board has worked on the school design and joint use features for five years and is thrilled to see the project continue to move forward.


Board Member Becky Leveque spoke to a packed house about the board's efforts for the school.
