July 2011: Hidden Creeks Estates has recently agreed to set aside 114 acres of land to create Hidden Creeks Preserve -- new open space with public access.
Hidden Creeks Estates and Preserve, an equestrian-themed new community of luxury homes, will feature gracious living in a natural setting. Situated between Browns and Morman creeks -- both of which will remain natural and accessible -- the new neighborhood is planned for a 285-acre site adjacent to Porter Ranch in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. Find out more on the Hidden Creeks site.
Approximately half the site will be preserved as open space and parks. Additional public benefits will include youth sports fields open for community use, an enhanced and expanded equestrian center, public access equestrian trails, and new regional fire-fighting capabilities.
